This statement is made in accordance with Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps taken by Stadwell Ltd to combat modern slavery and human trafficking.

Our Business

Stadwell Ltd was founded with the vision of bringing high-quality, responsibly sourced fresh produce to the UK market. We are an importer of fruit and vegetables, sourcing from global partners across Latin America, Africa, Europe, and beyond for distribution in the UK.

Our business is built on long-term partnerships with trusted growers, exporters, and distributors who share our values of integrity, sustainability, and fair practice. These relationships underpin our ability to deliver fresh, reliable, and ethically sourced produce.

  • Conducting due diligence on suppliers to identify and assess risks.
  • Working only with reputable partners who meet our ethical standards.
  • Embedding anti-slavery clauses into supplier agreements.
